Konkurspriser was performing OK and had a solid foundation, but lacked synergy across their marketing channels. They wanted a partner where all efforts could be gathered under one roof – one team – so execution would be as seamless as possible. They knew that with the right synergy between all channels, the results would be significantly better.

We started by optimizing Konkurspriser's webshop through a number of A/B split tests on product pages. This helped us identify the most effective elements for improving the user experience and increasing the conversion rate. In parallel, we implemented feed optimization strategies.
We built an omni-channel paid media strategy with full synergy between Google, Meta and TikTok. On Google we segmented the product feed based on price ranges and categories, and implemented dynamic remarketing. On Meta we focused strongly on catalog filtering and creative testing.
We took over Klaviyo and optimized both flows and campaign structure to activate the customer base continuously and maximize LTV. In addition, we implemented a loyalty program to increase retention and create repeat purchases.
To ensure seamless execution, we built a dedicated team structure with content creators and marketing coordinators. This gave Konkurspriser one unified team handling all channels with full synergy – exactly as they wanted.
Through our targeted strategy and comprehensive optimizations, we have managed to strengthen Konkurspriser's market position, both nationally and internationally, and ensure continuous growth and profitability.
