Nui Nui – a Danish jewelry brand founded by Nadia with over 10 years of experience from the jewelry industry – came to DVISIONMEDIA with a clear vision. She wanted to build a lifestyle brand, not just another jewelry brand. A brand with its own unique identity, in one of the most intensely competitive and copy-prone industries in Denmark.

In a jewelry market where everyone copies each other, the first step was creating something that actually stood out. We built Nui Nui's brandbook from scratch – DNA, personality traits, visual identity and tonality – targeted at a demographic that neither Sistie nor NAVA had fully captured. The webshop was built from scratch in Shopify with a focus on aesthetic that matched the brand universe.
We launched Nui Nui on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads simultaneously for omni-channel presence from launch. The content side was crucial: we scouted influencers and content creators that matched the target audience, developed scripts, clarified the hook strategy and built a continuous content pipeline from day one.
With the acquisition engine running, we needed to ensure new customers weren't just bought once. We built 9 Klaviyo flows from scratch – with a welcome flow designed to maximize CVR on acquisition, and retention flows that drove repeat purchases from month 2 onwards. Business intelligence through Triple Whale ensured we always made decisions on profit.
