In a jewelry market where everyone copies each other, the first step was creating something that actually stood out. We built Nui Nui's brandbook from scratch – DNA, personality traits, visual identity and tonality – targeted at a demographic that neither Sistie nor NAVA had fully captured. The webshop was built from scratch in Shopify with a focus on aesthetic that matched the brand universe.

With the acquisition engine running, we needed to ensure new customers weren't just bought once. We built 9 Klaviyo flows from scratch – with a welcome flow designed to maximize CVR on acquisition, and retention flows that drove repeat purchases from month 2 onwards.
