Mark from ATNU was looking for a specialized e-commerce growth partner who could help with all the digital areas within marketing, web, CRO and more. He wanted a partner who could fulfill the big ambitions for ATNU in a competitive market. That's why he entered a collaboration with DVISIONMEDIA.

We started the collaboration with an in-depth conversation and expectation alignment with Mark to understand the ambitions, wishes and goals for ATNU. Based on this, we began sketching out a strategy that would give ATNU the desired market position.
We conducted in-depth market analyses of ATNU's ICP and core target audience, which turned out to be broader than just fitness enthusiasts. This opened up a much larger market and enormous potential.
While the shop was being built, there was full steam on the content management side. Storyboards were created for various marketing angles, and scripts were developed that spoke to both the warmer segment to capture low-hanging fruit, but also scripts that appealed to the larger audience not yet familiar with ATNU or the need for what ATNU's products could do for them.
Once all content was prepared and the webshop was ready, we launched all campaigns across various platforms. We sent traffic to homepage, collection page and product page to identify which sales and conversion funnel delivered the best results, and which content the target audience resonated and engaged best with. Data-driven conclusions were formed within a few days.
