Hinges Hus came to us with a desire to incorporate the digital shopping element into their business, which already had great success with their offline sales through their physical store. They had the suppliers, brands and competencies in buying trending goods, but lacked an e-commerce partner who could unlock the digital potential.

We started the collaboration with comprehensive market research aimed at tailoring the two ICPs (a female and a male). Then we worked on and prepared all PPC with catalogs, feeds, search and shopping campaigns, which formed the backbone of the paid media strategy.
Our strategy team developed a content management plan focused on content for paid ads on Meta as the primary push platform for cold traffic. Hinges Hus had a beautiful and exclusive identity in their physical store, which screamed prestige – we ensured this translated to the digital universe.
In the fashion industry, where competition is fierce, margins are relatively low, and everyone is fighting for the same customers, conversion rate on existing traffic and building a loyal customer base were crucial for profitable operations. Email flows were therefore set up and email marketing was prioritized from day one.
