Zenz Organic had tried numerous agencies with one and the same wish: to scale their D2C webshop. None could lift the task, and Zenz experienced ongoing stagnation on all their metrics. We started with a thorough analysis of Zenz Organic's ICP and primary target audience. This work was essential for tailoring messages, tone of voice, marketing angles and pain points in our content and copy material, so we could speak directly to our audience.
