The founders and board of Walkingpad had achieved outstanding results in Norway with 8-figure revenue year after year. Now they sought a specialized e-commerce team that could replicate this success in Denmark. They didn't just want to outsource the work, but to find a proactive collaboration partner who could be invested in the business and take full responsibility for execution.

Walkingpad had a large amount of data and ICP data from their success in the Norwegian market. We started the collaboration with a comprehensive analysis of their entire Norwegian presence to identify "winning elements" in marketing angles, landing pages, content and conversion optimization that we could transfer and adapt for the Danish market.
We took the most essential value propositions and pain points of their primary target audience and developed content management strategies based on this. We created graphic image banners, script writing with actors, and executed on influencer partnerships to build credibility in the Danish market.
After the planning phase we launched all activities. Due to the relatively high spend, we got learnings we could execute on daily. The first month passed and we fulfilled the goal of hitting 7-figure revenue in the Danish market. In the second month we increased further and generated +7 million DKK in additional revenue.
Through our strategic approach and effective implementation, we have helped Walkingpad achieve impressive growth and a stronger market position in the Danish market.
