Refurbee approached DVISIONMEDIA with a clear ambition: to launch their refurbished smartphone brand in the Spanish market and establish themselves as a credible alternative to giants like Back Market and Amazon Renewed. With a focused range of iPhones and Samsung phones – and USPs around quality, warranty and price – the foundation was there. But they needed a partner to build the marketing machine from scratch.

We started with a thorough analysis of market sophistication. Spaniards already know refurbished and actively compare on price, condition and warranty – level 4 in the awareness scale. That required a strategy that positioned Refurbee as the obvious better choice, not just another explanation of what refurbished is.
The core of our execution became dynamic product catalogs via Confect integration, which automatically showed the right products with updated prices and inventory status. We combined this with seasonal campaigns – from Black November to post-Christmas deals.
To bridge cold traffic and conversion, we implemented UGC content with a whitelisting angle. An influencer video with a mature woman achieved a hook rate of 23.8% and proved the value of authentic content that speaks to the target audience's concerns about refurbished quality.
