HW-Homeware wanted a new webshop that better reflected their brand identity, as they felt their current solution didn't live up to their vision. They faced a low conversion rate and an average order value (AOV) that didn't meet their expectations. They were aware that these issues needed to be resolved before they could start scaling their marketing.

After an initial dialogue with HW-Homeware, we quickly identified their ambitions and goals. To ensure we hit their brand identity precisely, we decided to develop a detailed Figma design before the actual development began. This design included all key elements of the webshop.
Once the Figma process was complete, we began developing their new webshop in close collaboration with HW-Homeware. Thanks to the thorough groundwork in the design phase, we were able to launch the new store in just three weeks. We ensured all staff were trained on the new platform.
After the launch, we continued optimizing the shop to keep pace with the market's latest trends and ensure continued growth. This included regular analyses and adjustments to improve the user experience and maximize conversions.
The new webshop resulted in a significant improvement in both conversion rate and AOV. HW-Homeware experienced a marked increase in sales and customer engagement, confirming that the new design and development strategy was a success.
