Gebocare – a Danish webshop focused on natural wellness products such as aroma products, mushroom extracts, cosmetics and supplements – had the products and knew there was a market.
But they lacked the structure to reach the right people. They needed a partner who could take the full picture and execute across all channels – from content strategy and paid media to webshop optimization and email marketing.

Before we scaled, we addressed the foundation. We implemented Triple Whale as a 3rd party tracking and attribution platform, so we could measure what really matters: profit, not just revenue. We loaded all COGS and expenses so we could see real profit margins in real time. This gave us a completely different basis for making decisions.
We developed a content strategy with a focus on advertorials and listicle funnels, which had an educate-first and sell afterwards approach. We scraped UGC with ICP in mind and developed scripts based on in-depth market research. Budget was tested across multiple platforms to find the most profitable mix.
We built a full-funnel approach with Meta as the primary conversion driver, supplemented by Google Ads and TikTok. After 8 months of intensive collaboration we built a brand new webshop based on customer analysis and performance data. The result: a shop that converted cold traffic at a completely different level.
