CustomBike – Denmark's leading fat bike dealer with a physical showroom in Copenhagen – came to DVISIONMEDIA with a classic challenge: They only had one marketing leg to stand on. Google Ads. No Meta. No email. No tracking that actually worked. And the bottom line was under pressure with diminishing returns from Google alone.

Before we touched a single ad, we addressed what was really missing: overview. CustomBike had no grasp of COGS, no defined KPI targets, and no understanding of which products actually made money. We built a complete profit-tracking framework in Triple Whale with COGS, target margins and NC-CPA targets built in. We ran deep ICP analysis using AI-driven research – scraping Reddit, Trustpilot and YouTube comments to map real customer language, pain points and purchase triggers.
CustomBike literally had no Meta presence. We built the entire infrastructure: pixel with server-side integration, Advanced Matching, Conversions API and catalog setup. We launched with UGC-first creatives built on the customer language we had mapped, and within the first months we had established Meta as a significant revenue channel.
Google was already in play, but the structure was chaotic. Brand and generic searches were mixed together, tracking was non-existent, and conversions were reported falsely. We rebuilt the account with price-based segmentation, fixed tracking, and implemented POAS bidding with Custom Labels. Klaviyo went from nothing to 9 automated flows within the first months.
