Altideals had a Shopify store and a design that converted well, but knew there was a better conversion rate to pursue. With many products and a complex assortment, the user experience wasn't as seamless as it could be.
He could see that DVISIONMEDIA were Shopify Selected Partners, and therefore asked us for advice on how the shop could be further optimized. That's why they entered a collaboration with DVISIONMEDIA.

We started by analyzing the current user journey and identified where customers were dropping off. With many products, it was essential to optimize the navigation system so customers could find what they were looking for more intuitively.
To increase engagement and improve the visual experience, we developed graphic banners for the homepage based on offers, seasons and special campaigns. This ensured the homepage was always relevant and appealing to visitors.
We set up a more advanced search system that made it faster and easier for customers to find exactly the products they were looking for. Through implementation of strategic product recommendations and assortment features, we focused on increasing the average order value.
