Altisundhed had a Shopify store with many products, but could feel that the navigation and user experience weren't optimal for their complex assortment. With a broad range of health products and supplements, it was essential to get the structure right so customers could easily find what they were looking for.
He could see that DVISIONMEDIA were Shopify Selected Partners, and therefore asked us for advice on how their health store could be optimized for better performance. That's why they entered a collaboration with DVISIONMEDIA.

We started with a thorough analysis of the current user journey and identified where customers had challenges navigating the large assortment. With many different health products, it was crucial to create a logical and intuitive structure.
To increase engagement and ensure relevance, we developed graphic banners for the homepage featuring offers and seasonal campaigns. This ensured the homepage always reflected current offers – especially important in an industry where seasonal needs matter.
We implemented advanced search functions that enabled customers to find specific products faster – especially important when customers search for specific ingredients or solutions. A significant part of the strategy was implementing a loyalty program through a customer club for increased CLV and repeat purchases.
Through our strategic approach to Shopify optimization and focus on user experience, we have helped Altisundhed achieve significantly better performance. The focus was on creating a seamless experience where customers could easily navigate the large selection of health products while also becoming part of a loyalty system.
